First colostrum feed:

20cc per pound of body weight ASAP (30-60 minutes after birth if possible)

Continued bottle feeding:

Use colostrum for the first 24 hours and then mix in milk replacer over the next 2 days

Give 15 – 20% of their body weight in colostrum/milk replacer daily.

Example- 10lb = 160oz lamb     160oz x 20% = 32oz over 24 hours

Divide up the total they should get by the number of feedings you can give.
